Your Tasks
As a Supply Chain trainee, you will explore a variety of topics across our dynamic FMCG environment. In different roles, you will gain holistic experience and insights into both operational and strategic supply chain areas, while expanding your perspective through a cross‑functional step. You will support, design and implement processes that strengthen a flexible, future‑ready supply chain that benefits our business, our customers and our partners. Throughout the programme, you will collaborate with global, regional and local teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of our end‑to‑end value chain. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company.
Your Profile
- A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business or a related field
- Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
- Genuine enthusiasm for end‑to‑end supply chain topics and operational excellence
- Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with structured, solution‑oriented thinking
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
- Motivation to lead supply‑chain‑related projects
- Passion for combining data, process thinking and innovation to improve supply chain performance
- At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
