As our Revenue Growth Manager you will lead the commercial financial planning and development of commercial plans for your designated categories/brand across the Nordics. You will have a good understanding of the RGM levers that can drive sustainable profitable growth. You will challenge and use data/insights to steer and maximise revenue and profit growth. You will be able to steer and influence commercial decisions with a fact based approach. You will collaborate with our Sales, Finance, Marketing, External Category Management and Shopper Marketing teams to shape our strategy and ensure delivery of operational excellence.
