Your Tasks
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and production logistics.
- Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space in line with operational requirements.
- Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving warehouse efficiency and internal logistics.
- Lead a large, diverse team while fostering high levels of employee engagement.
- Build a culture of continuous development, motivate employees, and support their professional growth.
- Ensure the highest standards of logistics operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee annual and periodic inventory counts, ensuring their accurate and timely execution.
- Implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance warehouse processes.
- Analyze and reduce logistics costs, optimize inventory levels, and continuously improve operational processes.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
- Fluent in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP in the logistics and warehouse management modules.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
