Leads the customer group team and manage strategic relationship with customer group.
Negotiate and manage business plans for selected customers.
Maximizes customer value for the customer group.
Manage Customer service and Sales admin for the Modern trade team.
Manages customer stakeholders across functions and levels.
Maximizes output of the team by structuring resources and activities.
Ensures agile ways of working to continuously improve customer proposition.
Coaches team members to optimize performance, development and career advancement.
Embraces and promotes an inclusive culture within the team.
English Language proficiency: fluent;
Minimum 7 years experience in sales area, preferably in Modern Trade area;
Proven experience in managing teams;
Experience in managing complex clients;
Experience in coordinating creation of joint business plans;
In depth knowledge of FMCG area is a plus.
