Your Tasks

  • Manage the Portuguese Eucerin Brand Portfolio & Health Care (Hansaplast)
  • Responsible for local P&L (SoI) according to the aligned business targets and KPIs and steer the investments in market to drive long term growth and profit
  • Develop, implement and control the annual marketing, sales and detailing Drive Plans based on the Global guidelines & Regional strategy to meet agreed local objectives
  • Lead, empower and further develop the Portuguese Pharma organization and ensure a highly motivated, agile and diverse team
  • Manage the local Pharmacy brand portfolio to win against competition and ensure brand positionings according to the global/regional strategy
  • Develop and execute superior launch and promotion activations to meet the set objectives in market shares, net sales, margins and profitability
  • Build a local network in the market focusing on the extraordinary meaning of recommender- and KOL-management mainly for the Derma business
  • Ensure high performing, actively collaborating sales and medical management organizations to gain strong recommendations from both, Pharmacists/PAs and Derms
  • Develop and steer the commercial & sales strategy for all customers, ensuring sales and fundamentals (distribution, assortment, visibility, promotions, customer category development) goals, focused on the Pharmacy & Para-pharmacy trade channels
  • Drive a sustainable business model for eComm local market, aligned to regional goals
  • Close & strong connection to Cosmetics commercial Team to drive Health Care business
  • Be member of the Iberian Pharma Management Team & Local Portuguese Management Team to align close cooperation on local, Market Unit/Regional level

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Profound business experience in sales and marketing or finance (>10yrs)
  • Deep knowledge of FMCG markets, preferably Portuguese/European pharmacy market
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to deal with complexity
  • High level of assertiveness, ambition and accountability
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strategic and executional focus
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Excellent analytical & conceptual skills combined with pragmatism
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese, and ideally Spanish
