Your Tasks
- Handling vendor invoices and employees travel expenses
- Maintenance and archive of import files (purchase of goods)
- Handling petty cash, cheques and bank balances postings, administration and reconciliation
- Vendors payments control
- Reconciliation with vendors
- Handling of service invoices from customers
- Other accounting tasks such as cooperation with auditors, mydata reconciliations, contracts submission
- Handling of leftover & destruction protocols
- Other ad hoc projects
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and regulations
Your Profile

Education
- Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration or Economics.

- Tax and accounting knowledge
- MS office
- SAP FI/CO
- Analytical skills

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position (preferably FMCG company)
