Your Tasks
• Analyses of all customers fixed and variable conditions as primary activity: to ensure all supporting documentation is in place and according to Audit requirements for settlements.Aligned with customer service and settlements calendar
• Issue credit notes according to customers’ requirements such as invoice references and number of deductions.
• Upload of invoices/credit notes to the portals which are in process of being clarified or for payment process.
• Responsible of price differences analysis for all customers – all supporting documentation and definition if the deduction proceeds or if it can be on claim
• Review and analysis of information from the customers’ portals regarding deductions – details of deductions for specific channels.
• Review and resolve customer audits. • Follow up open items with credit and collection to deliver credit notes on time to the customers.
Your Profile
• Bachelors Degre
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting or Credit and Collections.
• Excel (advance) for large data base
• Proactive and team work.
• High follow-up and time management skill
• English is preferable
