Customer Collaboration
• Establish and execute strategy to strengthen collaboration and optimize opportunities with selected customers
• Maintain a Customer Development Matrix to prioritize and track opportunities
• Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships, including regular face-to-face meetings to drive current and future initiatives
• Negotiate Supply Chain Trading Terms & Conditions with customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Beiersdorf's supply chain needs are met and aligned
• Ensure timely implementation of agreed activities with customers
• Support customer-related projects across the supply chain, including logistics
• Maintain a weekly customer dashboard for transparent performance tracking, including commentary on exceptions and resolutions
• Represent supply chain in customer interactions
Service Level
• Deliver customer service KPIs to support overall service levels and business-specific metrics
• Lead monthly internal operational meetings with key customers to enhance Customer Infill and Service Level performance
• Provide actionable insights on service level drivers to support continuous improvement
• Manage pricing and returns claims (reverse logistics) for selected customers to minimize errors and support service level improvements and sales growth
Direct Cost of Selling (DCS)
• Own the Cost to Serve for assigned customers
• Leverage Cost to Serve tools to identify strategic cost and efficiency opportunities
• Lead and support initiatives with Logistics, LSPs, Customer Service, and customers to drive efficiencies
• Influence customer behavior to promote cost-effective and efficient service models
• Support CRT discussions on NOD, NDD, and lead time alignment, coordinating with Logistics, Sales, and customers
Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate decisions and keep stakeholders informed on customer supply chain matters
• Drive collaborative efforts with customers to:
- Improve service levels
- Enhance operational and process efficiencies
• Act as the primary supply chain contact for external customers and internal functions
• Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain and Sales to support service and strategic planning (e.g., JBP)
• Partner with Logistics to optimize selling costs and improve performance metrics
• Serve as escalation point for supply chain–customer issues
• Address challenging customer interactions and mediate conflicts as needed
Knowledge
• University or similar degree
Experience
• Min. 5 years’ work experience – ideally in Customer Service and/or Customer Facing/Collaborator Role.
• Experience in other Supply Chain areas (i.e. Logistics, Planning), FMCG, as well as working directly with external customers is beneficial
• Understanding of Supply Chain and customer related processes and principles

• High degree of motivation, initiative, problem solving and proactive thinking
• Excellent Communication skills, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders within business and externally with customers
• Ability to impact and influence a wide range of stakeholders
• High level of attention to detail, data integrity and ability to analyze and create customer insight
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a high-pressure customer/business environment
• Computer literate in SAP Order Management, SAP Business Warehouse, Microsoft Office
