Project Steering
• Responsibility for OTIF delivery of campaign packages in Emerging Markets.
• Acts as project manager and collaborates with different teams and ranks, internally and externally, to ensure OTIF delivery of campaigns in Emerging Markets.
• Leads Core Team (MKT, CMI, POT, Finance, Production Manager& Others)
• Ensures 360 campaigns are fully delivered.
• Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
• Project presentation in front of the Comms gatekeepers in Emerging Markets
• Ensures campaigns are delivered on budget.
Budget Management
• Support on budget tracking & forecast accuracy
• Steer POs
• Lead on quarterly budget reconciliation
Your Profile
• Fluent/Advanced English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• University Degree with 5+ years of experience on Project Management, ideally on Advertising Campaigns.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• High Level of attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and storytelling skills including ability to present to Senior Management and Multi-Cultural teams and different countries
• Proven expertise in creative agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
• Ability to work with teams from all different backgrounds, nationalities, etc.
• Advanced excel and data visualization tools and techniques
