Support to the Shopper team in products maintenance in various platforms: SAP, internal spreadsheets;
Support in internal activities, including system booking of expenses (PO creation), write-off of samples and/or SCM materials and coordination with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, etc.;
Execution of specific administrative tasks in support to the shopper and customer marketing team: price tracking, leaflets share update, etc.;
Coordination of the distribution and on-time delivery of point-of-sale materials to the according sales outlets; - Ad hock reporting and preparation of presentations.
A high degree of initiative and motivation;
The ability to set the right priorities and to meet deadlines;
Education: business management student at 3rd year of studies or marketing major;
International orientation;
PC know-how: Good user of MS Excel, Power Point and other MS Office applications;
Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English.
