Your Tasks
- Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing Including on FI invoice for intercompany transactions.
- Monitoring of accounts receivable.
- Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation.
- Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors.
- Working closely with affiliates and internal departments to resolve order and/or other issues.
- Generates and maintains confidential information and administer company policy and procedures.
- Performs system testing.
- Applies technical skills and line knowledge to complete assigned work within own work group/project team.
- Works toward and contributes to achievement of team/business unit goals.
- Solves problems within own work group/project team.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any business-related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in the related field.
- Good command of both oral and written English Language.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools will be an advantage.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of OTC processes will be advantage.
- Problem-solving skill.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Good team player.
