As a Learning & Development Specialist, your primary purpose is to identify, administer, and evaluate learninginitiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. You will play a critical role inenabling a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, aligning training programs with organizationalobjectives to drive employee development and performance.
Your Tasks:
·Assess training needs from local organizations, identify suitable training programs / elements and administerdelivery of such programs / elements.
·Provide guidance and support to employees seeking learning and training opportunities. Recommend resourcesand pathways for skill enhancement and career advancement.
·Assess training providers for quality and review learning provider portfolio; optimize terms and conditions forexternal training providers through contract negotiation.
·Facilitate logistics and administration of the training to ensure smooth training.
·Utilize learning management systems (e. g. COMPASS) and other learning technologies to administer, track, andevaluate training programs and participant progress.
·Design and implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Youanalyze feedback and data to continuously improve training initiatives.
·Provide feedback to and work with the Global Process owner to ensure global process alignment and furtherimprove global Learning & Training processes and tools.
·Collect feedback, assure quality of training, and issue certificates.
·Promote new training initiatives to foster continuous learning.
Your Profile:
·College / bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, psychology, business administration, accounting orfinance.
·Strong understanding of learning & development processes and trends. Experience between 2-6 years in asimilar role
·Demonstrated experience in administering learning management systems (ATS) in previous roles.
·Possess business acumen and ideally experience in negotiating with vendors.
·Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your key skills.
