Your Tasks

  • Garantiza una experiencia de compra excepcional
  • Resolver quejas o situaciones con empatia y profesionalismo
  • Promover el conocimiento de los productos de skincare, asesorando con enfoque consultivo
  • Coordina y evalua al personal de tienda empleados
  • Control de Inventarios: recepcion, acomodo, rotacion y pedidos de reposicion
  • Realizar apertura y cierre de caja, cortes diarios y arqueos
  • Mantener en orden los registros administrativos, cobro de material, reportes e incidencias
  • Elaborar reportes de ventas, inventarios ciclicos y desempeños del equipo

Your Profile

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en atencion y servicio al cliente
  • Habilidad para calculos mentales simples
  • Gusto por las ventas
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal
  • Conocimientos sobre inventarios ciclicos
