As our Consumer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers seeking assistance, product information, and support. You will play a vital role in upholding our brand reputation by responding with care, accuracy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Working within a supportive team, you’ll manage enquiries across multiple channels, maintain consumer records, action product mail‑outs, and ensure timely reporting. This role suits someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and brings strong attention to detail.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across the business and externally with consumers, medical advisors, and promotional agencies – always representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Please note, this is a 12-month contract.
1–2 years’ experience in customer or consumer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data entry and excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
A calm, consumer‑focused approach with a proactive attitude
Experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint; Salesforce experience ideal
