此岗位职责:  1. 统筹新零售多板块(零食折扣&前置仓&生活集合店)年度规划,制定生意/预算计划,对销量&利润负责; 2. 负责重点客户系统生意维护,主导联合生意计划谈判,落地合作方案; 3. 策划执行营销活动,完成复盘优化,搭建运营闭环; 4. 挖掘客户需求,跟进生意计划制定与落地; 5. 整合跨部门资源,协调解决协作问题,保障业务推进;

Your Profile

任职要求: 1. 5 年+新零售/即时零售运营经验,快消背景优先; 2. 精通多渠道运营,有客户谈判、联合生意计划落地案例; 3. 擅长活动策划复盘,具备数据分析与预算把控能力; 4. 跨部门协同、项目统筹能力突出,落地执行强; 5. 结果导向,抗压能力佳,市场洞察力敏锐;
