Your Tasks

As an HR trainee, you will explore a wide range of people‑focused topics based on your interests. From talent and leadership development to organisational culture, performance and employee experience – everything can be part of your journey. You will work across different HR teams, taking on your own projects and gaining insights into day‑to‑day HR operations.
The programme prepares you to navigate and shape future people‑ and culture‑related challenges by collaborating with global, regional and local teams to build a holistic view of our people landscape. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company. At the same time you will be building strong data & digital literacy using analytics, AI insights and dashboards to inform HR decisions to elevate our people practices.

Your Profile

  • A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
  • Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
  • Genuine enthusiasm for people development, organisational culture and shaping the employee experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with empathetic, people‑centred thinking
  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
  • Motivation to lead HR‑related projects across talent, culture, learning or organisational development
  • Passion for combining strategic thinking with care to create impactful people solutions
  • At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
