Your Tasks

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Consultant to join our IT Sales Team, focusing on the digital workplace of the Sales Team e.g., Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). You will collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, external partners, and internal IT teams. As our business and technology landscape continues to evolve, we value a flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to new tools and approaches as needed.

  • Collaborate within an international team to support their daily operations and digitalization of Sales processes
  • Act as a key functional and technical expert for our TPM solution, with openness to evolving technologies and platforms.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring effective collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance Sales IT Architecture, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detect digitalization opportunities and drive automation initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Strive to continuously improve existing processes and technical solutions.



Your Profile

Domain & Technical Skills:

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Several years in technical/functional consulting, including management of complex projects
  • Expertise in Sales processes, especially Trade Promotion Management (XTEL or similar a plus)
  • Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and data modeling; proficient in SQL (SAP experience a plus)
  • Familiar with programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python); capable of designing scalable, business-aligned solutions
  • Experienced in setting up complex, reusable systems tailored to evolving business needs

Personal & Professional Skills:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in managing stakeholder, vendors and service provider
  • Agile Mindset; familiarity with agile methods like Scrum; Scrum Master certification is a plus
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Autonomous, adaptable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in fast-paced international environments, collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
  • Open to travel and cross-cultural collaboration
