Your Tasks
As a Finance & Controlling trainee, you will explore a variety of financial and business topics depending on your interests. From controlling and performance management to financial planning, reporting and strategic business partnering – everything can be part of your journey. You will work within different Finance teams, taking on your own projects and/or gaining deep insights into day‑to‑day financial operations. As the programme prepares you to navigate and steer future financial and business challenges, you will collaborate with global, regional and local teams to build a holistic understanding of our financial landscape. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company.
Your Profile
- A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Controlling or a related field
- Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
- Genuine enthusiasm for finance, performance management and value creation
- Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with structured, strategic and numerical thinking
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
- Motivation to lead finance‑related projects and contribute to impactful financial decision‑making
- Passion for combining data‑driven insight with business acumen to create meaningful financial impact
- At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
