Your Tasks
General Description:
Credit Executive will be responsible for executing collections to achieve targets, deliver service to our Internal and External Customers. Serve to very some complex customer. Maintain constant communication with other relates areas (Sales Controlling, Customer Service, Taxes, Accounting, etc). Must have communication skills, mainly to interact to with external customers directly.
Principal Activities:
- Fast resolution of problems
- Attend and accomplished of internal and external audits
- Coordinate and give support to the credit and collection team of Mexico
- KPI’s monitoring
- Reporting
- Support the team with the main issues to external customer related
- Management of portafolio (value aprox. 250Mios)
- Monitoring of the portfolio clarifications and reports with the customer commercial area, sales admin and warehouse
- Application of payments, follow-up of claims with customers, analysis of complemento de pago, forecast of collection
- Business review with sales team and direct interaction with team leaders
Your Profile
Job Requirements:
- Team management experience (to lead 4-5 team members)
- Advanced Excel
- Focused on prioritizing
- High level of monitoring
- Oriented to detail and results
- Close to internal and external customers
- Work under pressure, schedule availability
- Experience in Credit and collection
- SAP Knowledge
- Advanced English
