Your Tasks
As a Corporate Strategy trainee, you will explore strategic topics based on your interests. From market and competitive analysis to portfolio strategy, business transformation and long‑term value creation – everything can be part of your journey. You will work within different Strategy teams, taking on your own projects and/or gaining deep insights into day‑to‑day strategic work. As the programme prepares you to navigate and drive future strategic challenges, you will collaborate with global, regional and local teams to build a holistic understanding of our business and its future direction. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company.
Your Profile
- A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
- Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
- Genuine enthusiasm for strategy development, business transformation and long‑term value creation
- Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with structured, strategic thinking
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
- Motivation to lead strategy‑related projects and contribute to shaping future business directions
- Passion for turning insights into recommendations that drive impactful, future‑fit decisions
- At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
