As a Sales & eCommerce trainee, you will explore a range of topics based on your interests. From local key account management to global eCommerce strategies and the further digitalisation of our sales activities – everything can be part of your journey. You will work within different Sales & eCommerce teams, taking on your own projects and/or gaining deep insights into day‑to‑day business operations. As the programme aims to prepare you to navigate and shape future sales challenges, you will work with global, regional and local teams to gain a holistic understanding of our commercial landscape. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company.
