Your Tasks

In this role, you will join the 3PM Planning Team located in Poznan and you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring optimal product inventory levels for all markets in Europe and beyond for selected assortment
  • Cooperation with 3PM suppliers in order to ensure optimal production plan, set priorities, constantly improve cooperation and optimize supply chain concept aligned with demand plan and with the expected availability dates to ensure Service Level targets are met
  • Placing orders and sharing forecasts with 3PM suppliers with timely delivery monitoring based on agreed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Managing the introduction and exit process for the selected portfolio: ensuring an appropriate level of product availability for customers while maintaining inventory at an optimal level
  • Collaboration with the demand planning department and other supply chain departments
  • Safety stock management: maximizing product availability and optimizing inventories
  • Process improvement and change management that enables high quality service
  • Onboarding of new 3PM suppliers into planning and PIPO (Phase-in Phase-out) procedures
  • Defining standard planning operating procedure (SOP) with new 3PMs, reviewing and improving SOP with existing 3PMs. Defining the best supply chain concept for new and existing 3PMs

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferably in the economic or technical field (logistics, management and production engineering, etc.)
  • Min. 2 years of experience working in the area of production or inventory planning
  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI
  • Knowledge of the SAP system – the APO module or OMP knowledge will be an additional advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent ability to build and develop relationships with the internal stakeholders
