Chantecaille, a premium Beiersdorf beauty brand, is known for its natural and botanical formulations. With a strong global presence—particularly in North America and Asia—the brand is recognized for its luxurious makeup, innovative skincare, and commitment to environmental philanthropy.
We are now seeking a Global Inventory Manager to join our team in Poznań.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee worldwide inventory health, ensuring product freshness, minimizing excess and obsolete stock, and driving proactive depletion strategies. You will provide critical visibility into aging inventory, harmonize processes across Chantecaille and La Prairie, and you will collaborate closely with regional and commercial partners to maintain optimal stock levels across all markets.
Your main responsibilities:
- Global Inventory Management end-to-end
- 3rd Party Component Management
- Freshness Management
- Aging & Root Cause Analysis
- Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Management incl. risk assessment
- Process Harmonization & Continuous Improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support S&OP and key business reviews
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Management preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Act as a proactive business partner to Commercial teams, Global Planning, 3PM Chantecaille Suppliers and Planners, Supply Chain, Finance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical ability (excel, Power BI, SAP, Power Point, Qlikview) including understanding the business behind the numbers
- Detail oriented with ability to balance and organise multiple work priorities
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work in the afternoon hours
