Your Tasks
Due to intensive development of Beiersdorf Shared Services in Poland, we recently established the Accounting Department responsible for one of our luxury brands. Continuing our growth strategy, we are hiring for people willing to shape the young organization by actively establishing it as a regional center of excellence in the future.
You will join our Beiersdorf Campus in Poznań and work with top global brands such as NIVEA and Eucerin in a diverse, international environment, offering a great atmosphere and strong development opportunities.
Your tasks will mainly focus on supporting our accounting team in tasks like:
• Cost center accounting and preparation of statements of income (SOI) in accordance with IFRS and group-specific guidelines, incl. running the CCA & COPA Cycles
• Posting of bank statements for payments related to GL
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and IFRS
• Supporting different GL related activities, e.g. IFRS 16, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliation etc.
• Support during the external audit for GL related questions
• Pro-active development and standardization of accounting processes / accounting systems
Your Profile
- Experience in finance and accounting with closing activities / financial statements
- Successfully completed professional education in accounting or a Bachelor/Master degree with focus on finance and accounting
- High sense of ownership, positive "can-do" mindset and ability to navigate through uncertainty
- Confident handling of SAP (FI/CO) and MS Office applications
- Fluently in English and Polish
- Additional accounting certificates will be an asset
