As Category & Commercial Growth Manager (all genders), you drive sustainable growth across categories and key customers by combining strategic category management, shopper insights and commercial performance analytics. You act as a category management partner: internally by shaping growth priorities, commercial targets and strategic recommendations, and externally by representing Beiersdorf in customer meetings as a trusted category and insights sparring partner, especially in category reviews.The role is designed for a high-potential candidate who wants to grow into a future leadership or strategic role within Commercial, Category Management or Revenue Growth Management.
