Managing a portfolio of key accounts for the Eucerin brand (pharmacy chains, distributors, individual pharmacies) in an omnichannel model covering both brick-and-mortar pharmacies and e-commerce.
Developing and implementing customer strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Leading annual negotiations with key clients.
Monitoring and analyzing the pharmaceutical market to identify new sales opportunities and implementing appropriate actions.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Medical teams to build the brand’s expert positioning and align action plans.
Representing the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry meetings.
Cooperating with the field sales team and cross-functional departments (Finance, Logistics).
Experience in the FMCG sector will be an additional advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
Very good command of English (mandatory).
Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
