Your Tasks
A Key Account Manager Junior for NIVEA (f/m/d) will take over responsibility for customers in the Modern Trade in close cooperation with the Account Manager. Together with the customer, they will work on optimally staging our products in retail for consumers and thus seizing growth potential for both Beiersdorf and the retail partner.
- Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders, such as Shopper and Customer Marketing, Controlling, Marketing and Supply Chain;
- Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers with high level of autonomy;
- Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers;
- Realizing revenue, market share and profitability targets, with focus on maximizing sales;
- Listing business drivers, distribution, handouts, and secondary placement;
- Preparing and executing customer meetings;
- Handling strategic sales topics in project teams.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Shopper and Category Management/Business Administration or in comparable functions;
- At least 1,5 years of professional experience in Sales in FMCG;
- Strong affinity for conceptual work and negotiation skills;
- Assertiveness and self-confident appearance;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Practical experience in negotiation and discussion techniques;
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
