Your Tasks
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of services related to process buildings, utilities, warehouses, laboratories, and external areas, guaranteeing proper maintenance through the management of third-party vendors for HVAC systems, pest control, comprehensive cleaning, elevators, electrical outlets and lighting, and landscaping. Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards while optimizing costs and resources.
Additionally, provide technical guidance for the development of new projects within the company and oversee critical systems.
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management for corporate, industrial, or commercial buildings.
- Experience in HVAC system management, including microbiological control.
- Experience supervising outsourced services (cleaning, pest control, general maintenance).
- Management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, TPM, as well as asset and spare parts management to support operations.
- Experience leading technical teams or operational staff.
- Knowledge of construction, facility renovations, hydraulic systems, plumbing, and the ability to read electrical and architectural plans. Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP), documentation, and risk analysis.
- OPEX / CAPEX project management.
