Your Tasks
  • Collaboration of global, strategic Brand Management and active consultancy of NIVEA
  • Continous strategic and conceptional advancement of segments of portfolios, multi brand and multi channel management
  • Continous monitoring of consumer and professional needs/trends as well as monitoring of competition
  • Steering and realisation of international launches/relaunches within Brand development process
  • Active partcipation of international innovation teams with the responsibility of leading specific subject areas within these teams
Your Requirements
  • University degree with a focus on marketing
  • Several years of experience in marketing (including local and global marketing)
  • Broad experience in project management
  • International experience required
  • Experience in Communication / Communication Agency management preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities
  • Proactive, break-through thinking with a “can do” mindset
  • Intercultural competence
  • Fluency English both spoken and written
  • Passion for skin care and excitement for beauty trends and innovations
