Junior Sales Controller

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal guidelines. Make sure that all functions understand and respect legal requirements and internal guidelines (in the area they are involved);
  • RCM controls (O2C controls) for Romania;
  • Audit support (internal & external) for Romania;
  • Business partnering with cross functional teams to drive business opportunity. Support for Romanian sales & category management team and other functions to drive business opportunities;
  • Match invoices received from customers with contractual conditions in SAP;
  • Create activities in SAP and analyze reports with KAM;
  • Make sure all new contracts signed are saved and updated in SAP and all new customers forecasts and price lists are signed and archived;
  • Support for all functions for pricing process (annual increase, new products listings) for Romania;
  • Price floor tracking per customer to ensure that selling prices are above the threshold;
  • Ad-hoc analyses that help decision making.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in business/economics or similar qualification;
  • Fluent in English;

Skills

  • Strong commercial and customer sense;
  • Solution oriented, pragmatic, but with the right attention to details;

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in operational business controlling and/ or accounting;
  • System affinities (Excel, Power Point, SAP, Power BI etc);

Personal attributes

  • Proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication skills;
  • Open to be involved in different projects with other functions (Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Supply).
