Advertising Production Manager NIVEA (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Lead and take ownership of international creative production processes in line with the NIVEA Communication Guidelines
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Communication Leads
  • Ensure corporate compliance with all production cost negotiation and contract management for all creative third parties involved
  • Ensure international usage rights for creative third parties
  • Steer post-production processes incl. all offline, online and versioning finalization
  • Transfer production know how to all stakeholder within the organisation

Your Profile

  • Several years experience in advertising film industry, either for international advertising agency or international film production company
  • Experience and deep understanding for up to date production processes for TV, print and digital media across all channels incl. post-production services
  • High expertise in contract management, usage rights management and high negotiation skills with external partner
  • Experience in managing Advertising and Communication Agencies and the ability to encourage creative work of the highest calibre
  • Experience in managing complex projects and teams from various cultures and disciplines
  • International Mindset and used to work in a rapidly changing environment with proactive and positive “can do” mentality
  • Fluent English is a must, verbally and in written
  • International travel activity
