In the Global COE team, the Global Total Rewards & Performance team is responsible for designing and implementing the global rewards programs and performance management system to cultivate the people culture, build effective organization and keep high level engagement of the employees. Now, the Global Reward and Performance team is looking for a Global Total Rewards & Performance Consultant, reporting to the global head of total rewards and performance.
What You'll Do:
- Support to build a new Global Rewards strategy including the delivery of a consistent grading and rewards framework
- Act as a Rewards advisor to support HRVPs, HRDs and Business Leaders to drive people agenda
- Review, benchmark, challenge and re-shape ourcurrent reward practice including long term incentive program, recognition program, etc.
- Manage compensation tools and investigate opportunities for digitalization
- Build rewards capabilities in the organization
