Your Tasks
At Beiersdorf, we are committed to enabling digital transformation across our organization. Our Application Development team is a trusted partner to all business functions, implementing custom (web) applications that make a difference to how people across Beiersdorf take decisions, access relevant information and pursue their daily work. We are looking for a passionate “Manager Application Development” to lead our team and drive our application implementation initiatives forward.
Our team consists of highly motivated and experienced application developers from various professional backgrounds spanning open source, Microsoft and SAP technologies. We are part of Beiersdorf’s AI & Automation organization.

Your Tasks
-
Lead the development of web applications and SAP applications ensuring alignment with Beiersdorf’s overall digital transformation strategy.

Work closely with our internal partners and stakeholders, including the teams for process automation, artificial intelligence, other IT units and digital business teams, to align strategies, objectives and resources.

Lead the further development of our strategic technology stack.

Manage our Application Development team, including the development of team members, assessing performance and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Manage resources, including staffing of people to projects and project budgets, to ensure successful delivery in time and budget.
