Digital Brand Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

  • Cascade the global digital strategy for Hansaplast to a winning local strategy for Germany
  • Lead holistic digital operations and drive excellence in search, social and retail media with the clear ambition to be Best in Class for our Always On touchpoints
  • Operate with clear metrics and KPIs to drive brand and sales objectives
  • Define relevant digital touchpoints and platforms in line with brand strategy and KPIs and continuously improve brand presence
  • Set up activities and define priorities based on brand and business objectives
  • Ensure impactful digital activations and initiatives to deliver market share uplifts
  • Lead influencer activities
  • Pioneer digital-first Hansaplast communications
  • Provide the business with an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape
  • Proactively push the digital transformation process with the help of agency expertise, global know-how and country exchange
  • Selection, briefing and strategic steering of digital agencies
  • Responsible for the digital budget

Your Profile

  • University degree in Communication, Corporate Communication/ Digital disciplines/ Marketing or Economics, Digital Media
  • Undertaken the role of Digital Brand Manager or similar with a strong level of experience in this area and preferably in similar industries
  • Experience in development and implementation of digital strategies and digital brand management
  • Know-how relating diverse digital marketing touchpoints: Websites, CRM, Newsletters, Social Media, Influencers, Search, Mobile, Content and Performance Management
  • High interest in keeping up with emerging technologies
  • Ability to build trusted relationships whilst utilizing strong influencing skills to successfully manage and support stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with proficient analytical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English
