R&D Digital Learning Specialist (all genders)

Your Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Learning Specialist to join our Knowledge Management & Upskilling team. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in further developing and implementing the upskilling strategy and learning programs for our R&D. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among our R&D team members, empowering them to lead as skin care innovator.

Your tasks

  • Develop engaging and innovative learning materials, courses, and workshops tailored to meet the specific needs of R&D .
  • Manage the delivery and implementation of (digital) upskilling programs , ensuring accessibility and user convenience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and learning providers to develop and facilitate training content, sessions, and workshops.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, such as online modules, workshops, and hands-on exercises, to optimize the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to change management concepts within R&D, fostering a digital, change and business-oriented mindset.
  • Track and analyze the impact of learning initiatives through efficient learning administration in the LMS (Compass), monitoring the progress and effectiveness of training efforts, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously update the upskilling strategy to keep it current and aligned with the evolving needs of R&D and our industry.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business or organizational psychology and related fields with experience in digital learning tools and methods .
  • Some years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives , particularly in an R&D, technical or digital environment.
  • Knowledge and expertise in digital area, life sciences and related fields is advantageous.
  • Familiar with learning principles , instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation models are advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, including agile ways of working and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of using data-driven insights to derive decisions and measure the impact of training efforts.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • You need to be fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is advantageous.
