Your Tasks

Drive the strengthening of the Internal Control System throughout all Beiersdorf Group entities and functions including:


RCM Improvement

  • Monitoring and reporting of "RCM Execution" and "RCM formal Quality Control" to ensure transparency for central functions and escalation process
  • Supporting countries to improve RCM execution and formal quality
  • Continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g. implementing additional controls, converting detective in preventive controls, ...)
  • Driving automation and centralization of control execution


RCM Governance

  • RCM Governance coordination – new committee and responsibilities
  • Continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g. implementing additional controls, converting detective in preventive controls, ...)

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience (thereof 2-3 years in Audit)
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in financial systems (SAP FI/CO), international finance and accounting practice
  • Overall process knowledge in the areas of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance, ...
  • Good social skills and personal integrity
  • Excellent process and continuous improvement mindset
  • Taking the lead, driving results & ability to convince and deliver high performance under significant time pressure
  • Leadership capabilities: working/steering own, heterogenous, and globally acting team (cross-cultural skills)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus
