Your Tasks
Drive the strengthening of the Internal Control System throughout all Beiersdorf Group entities and functions including:
RCM Improvement

Monitoring and reporting of "RCM Execution" and "RCM formal Quality Control" to ensure transparency for central functions and escalation process

Supporting countries to improve RCM execution and formal quality

Continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g. implementing additional controls, converting detective in preventive controls, ...)

Driving automation and centralization of control execution
RCM Governance

RCM Governance coordination – new committee and responsibilities
