Your Tasks

The Knowledge Management & Upskilling team acts as center of excellence for all learning topics in close cooperation with our global learning experts. Our employees must be able to fulfil fast changing future job requirements incl. digital skills to increase performance and reach our business targets. We build an agile learning infrastructure with modern concepts in an inspiring learning culture to enable our people to upskill their capabilities in the flow of work. We encourage our people to be responsible for their own development.

In our team we need your support. In particular, you will

  • create and administrate learning content with dedicated authoring tools (Articulate Suite) and in our Learning Management System (LMS / Success Factors)
  • create and maintain learning hub sites (Research & Development Academy) in Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Support our activities in “Digital upskilling” of the R&D organization including change management activities
  • Support in our project “Implementation of a Learner experience platform”
  • Support the Knowledge Management & Upskilling Team in all administrational processes

Your Profile

  • Advanced studies in IT, management, psychology, technology or life sciences or similar with focus on digitalization and transformation
  • Enrolled during the whole working student activity in bachelor’s or master’s studies
  • Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies would be highly appreciated
  • Interested in and basic knowledge about learning tools (LMS, LxP) and content development (e-learnings, videos, …)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools esp. Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams
  • High degree of creativity, design- and IT-affinity, esp. with regards to User Experience Designs
  • Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
  • English spoken and written, fluently

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
